Management Team

Bruce Iacobucci
President and Chief Executive Officer

Bruce started in banking in 1970 with Provident National Bank after graduating from Haverford College. Before joining First Federal of Bucks County in October of 2006, Bruce worked at six different banks over a 36 year career largely as a result of ongoing bank mergers. Although Bruce spent many years in his career as a commercial lender, his most recent prior role was as an Executive Vice President of Sovereign Bank in charge of Retail Banking. Bruce currently serves on the Board of the United Way Bucks County and is their Campaign Chair.

William Boyce
SVP/Chief Financial Officer

William joined First Federal of Bucks County as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in October 2009. Prior to joining First Federal, Bill was chief financial officer of Huntingdon Valley Bank for ten years. Prior positions include controller of Prime Bank, Philadelphia, and various positions within the Philadelphia office of KPMG.

Bill is a 1989 graduate of Saint Joseph's University, Philadelphia, with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and he is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Philadelphia chapter of the Financial Managers Society.

Robert Coffin
SVP/Chief Credit Officer

Bob Coffin is Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Corporate Secretary. Bob started his banking career in 1978 at New Hope Savings as Treasurer / Controller following his graduation from Penn State University. In 1980 Bob joined First Federal of Bucks County in retail banking. In 1983 Bob joined the lending team and assumed leadership of the lending division in 1989.

Bob, a lifetime resident of Bucks County has served as Chairman of the Lower Bucks Chapter of the American Red Cross, Chairman of the Red Cross homeless shelter and is actively involved in local scholarship and community service projects with his Lions club.

Jeane Coyle
SVP/Chief Administrative Officer 

Jeane Coyle joined First Federal of Bucks County in August 2006, though started her career in banking in 1983 as the Advertising Manager of the First National Bank of Allentown. Jeane has spent the last 26 years at both small and large financial institutions, managing Retail Banking, Marketing, Operations, Technology and Strategic Planning areas.

Jeane has an undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University. Jeane is involved with the United Way of Bucks County.

Dorothy Jaworski
SVP/Treasurer

Dorothy's banking career spans the past 35 years, while working at three different community banks, two large regional banks, and consulting at an area mortgage company. Her first eleven years were in retail banking and the last twenty four years have been dedicated to investments and asset liability management. Dorothy joined First Federal of Bucks County in November, 2004.

Dorothy received a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University and an MBA from Temple University. She is a member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Financial Managers Society.

Derek P.B. Warden
SVP/Commercial Lending

Derek has been in the financial banking business for the past 27 years, starting his career as a Management Trainee and then Financial Analyst. For the last 17 years he has worked in the Business and Commercial areas of banking in both management and Chief Lending officer positions. Derek joined First Federal of Bucks County in June 2010.

Derek received his Bachelor of Political Science Degree from The University of Pennsylvania.
