Phone Banking

Access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the U.S.

With First Federal's Phone Banking, you can:

• Transfer funds between your First Federal accounts

The service is free and the phone call is free. Dial 1-888-343-4500 on any touch tone phone. An automated customer service representative will give instructions to proceed to your account information. Written preauthorization is required to make transfers — available at any branch office.

Direct Deposit / Withdrawal

If you receive regular income from an employer, social security, pension, annuity, insurance claim or even lottery winnings, you can have it deposited directly into your First Federal checking or savings account electronically! Direct Deposit gives you access to your money the day of the deposit.

First Federal can also accept direct withdrawals from your account. Through the national Automated Clearing House, we will originate or receive automatic deposits and withdrawals from your account at any banking institution that is a member of the ACH system.

Debit MasterCard

Often called a check card or debit card, First Federal's debit MasterCard offers a fast, convenient way to pay for purchases with the added ability to access cash at the ATM.

Although the debit MasterCard looks like a credit card, purchases and ATM withdrawals are deducted directly from your checking account. The debit MasterCard gives you the ease of using a credit card without the debt and finance charges.

The debit MasterCard is recognized and honored wherever MasterCard is accepted.

ATM Card
