Registering for Direct Connect QuickBooks 2006

1. Start QuickBooks.

2. Select the Banking menu from the main navigation.

3. Select Online Banking, and then Setup Account for Online Access.

4. Click Yes to close all windows and run the set up interview.

5. Click Next at the Online Banking Set Up Interview prompt.

6. Select Bank account or QuickBooks Bill Pay services and click Next.

7. Select I would like to get application information over the internet and click Next.

8. Click Apply Now and click OK.

9. Select Banking Account Access under Online Financial Services.

10. Select First Federal of Bucks County under Financial Institution Directory.

11. Verify Supported Services lists Banking account access. Verify Supported Download Method lists Direct.

12. Click Apply Now. QuickBooks Navigates to the Direct Connect Registration Page.

13. If you are not currently a First Federal Online Banking user, Click the Sign Up button. Once you are registered for Online Banking, you may continue with step 14.

14. If you are already a First Federal Online Banking user, enter your Online Banking user ID and password. Click Register.

Note: Online Banking user ID must be social security number – cannot use alternate user ID

15. Accept the Direct Connect Disclosure.

16. Complete the enrollment form and select a PFM password (must contain both alpha and numeric characters).

17. Click Exit in the QuickBooks browser window.

18. Select the Enable Accounts tab.

19. Click Next.

20. Select First Federal of Bucks County in the dropdown list and click Next.

21. Select Yes, I have received my confirmation letter from First Federal of Bucks County and click Next.

22. Enter the routing and transit number 231371867 and customer ID (must be SS# - do not use alternate ID)

23. Select Create a new QuickBooks Account and click Next.

24. Enter an account name and click Next.

25. Enter Social Security Number, account type (K or S) and then the account number in one continuous string:

If using a checking account: 123456789K0160123456

If using a savings account: 123456789S0102123456

26. Check Online Account Access and click Next.

27. Enable additional accounts, if applicable.

28. When all accounts have been enabled, select No at the Enable accounts at Another Financial Institution prompt. Click Next.

29. Click OK at the Service Agreement Information prompt.

30. Click Leave and then Yes.

31. Select the Banking menu from the main navigation.

32. Select Online Banking and then Online Banking Center.

33. Click OK.

34. Click Go Online to download account information.

35. Enter PFM PIN selected in step 16 and click OK.

36. Verify the Online Transmission Summary screen appears indicating the number of transactions downloaded for each account. Click Close.

37. In the Items Received from Financial Institution section, select an account statement to view. Click New to verify the transactions downloaded.
